Resumen:

A femtosatellite should have a mass less than 100 grams. The ultra small size of such a satellite is unappropriate if a commercial launcher is used, even as a piggy-back. A Space Payload Paradigm can change the traditional space manufacture rules to achieve a low-cost and fast-prototyping implementation of many space missions. A clear consequence of this paradigm is that the control of a mini-launcher should be done by the femtosatellite to simplify the architecture. Other consequence is the integration in the same design cycle of payload and femtosatellite. The payload is based on Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and the femtosatellite is manufactured based on a well known Printed Circuit Board (PCB) technology.
