Ram\u00edrez Casa\u00f1as<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Resumen del TFM:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Las tecnolog\u00edas SDN (Software Defined Network) y NFV (Network Function Virtualization), se est\u00e1n imponiendo como potenciales soluciones a los problemas a los que se enfrentan las redes actuales tanto en el presente como en el futuro m\u00e1s inmediato [1]. Esto tiene mucho que ver con Internet de las Cosas (IoT).<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos afrontan estas tecnolog\u00edas? Las redes actuales est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para unos cuantos millones de conexiones, principalmente de voz, pero no para unos cuantos miles de millones de conexiones de voz y datos en los que, en bastantes casos, es necesario que \u00e9stas se efect\u00faen en tiempo real.<\/p>\n<p>En las infraestructuras actuales hay adem\u00e1s un bajo nivel de inteligencia adaptativa en su funcionamiento [2]. El tr\u00e1fico se tiene que adaptar a las propias limitaciones de las redes, lo que en la pr\u00e1ctica es equiparable a los problemas de eficiencia de las grandes carreteras, principalmente las de acceso a las principales ciudades. A veces est\u00e1n saturadas (demasiado tr\u00e1fico para el canal), lo que indica que su rendimiento no siempre es el adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo modelo de redes de comunicaciones basado en SDN y NFV a\u00f1ade una gesti\u00f3n inteligente del tr\u00e1fico (m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la que ya realizan, por ejemplo, los sistemas de encaminamiento) y es capaz, por ejemplo, de crear \u201cbloques de datos\u201d y combinarlos para reducir la carga de las redes [3]. La gran ventaja de estos dos sistemas combinados es, principalmente, la adaptabilidad. A diferencia del modelo actual, una red que emplee SDN y NFV puede modificar muchos de sus par\u00e1metros de funcionamiento de manera din\u00e1mica, adapt\u00e1ndose a las circunstancias de cada momento concreto. Y esto se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en algo crucial, ya que la evoluci\u00f3n de IoT obliga tanto a los grandes operadores de redes como a los fabricantes de electr\u00f3nica de comunicaciones a adaptar sus infraestructuras y dise\u00f1os, ya que en su estado actual no ser\u00e1n capaces de gestionar adecuadamente todo el ingente tr\u00e1fico de datos que implica la IoT en la actualidad.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fecha:\u00a0enero 2020 Autor:\u00a0Juan Francisco Rodr\u00edguez B\u00e1ez Tutores:\u00a0Carlos M.
