La DITI desarrolla su trabajo cient\u00edfico en el conocimiento de la materia fluida y en la descripci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de las operaciones y procesos ingenieriles donde intervenga. La investigaci\u00f3n realizada se canaliza en una terna de tareas, perfectamente interconectadas, que definen claramente sus actuaciones: experimentaci\u00f3n, modelizaci\u00f3n y simulaci\u00f3n. La Divisi\u00f3n de Ingenier\u00eda T\u00e9rmica e Instrumentaci\u00f3n desarrolla las siguientes l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n:<\/p><ul><li>Procesos experimentales de equilibrio entre fases (monitorizaci\u00f3n y control): mejorar la recepci\u00f3n y almacenamiento de la informaci\u00f3n experimental con el fin de lograr valores m\u00e1s precisos. La monitorizaci\u00f3n continuada de algunos procesos t\u00e9rmicos y fisicoqu\u00edmicos constituye un campo de trabajo indispensable para mejorar los conocimientos sobre el comportamiento de los fluidos multicomponentes. Dichas observaciones permitir\u00e1n, a su vez, un mejor control de las t\u00e9cnicas o procedimientos experimentales realizados.<\/li><li>Termodin\u00e1mica y fisicoqu\u00edmica de fluidos: por un lado, la obtenci\u00f3n de propiedades de sustancias puras y mezclas, elegidas de manera conveniente, como parte de un gran proyecto internacional, y todo ello en un rango importante de variaci\u00f3n de las variables presi\u00f3n y temperatura. Por otro, se realizan importantes contribuciones en el campo de la modelizaci\u00f3n (con modelos propios) tratando de establecer modelos matem\u00e1ticos, algunos de ellos complejos, que representen con fidelidad el comportamiento macrosc\u00f3pico de los sistemas en estudio. Dichos modelos deben utilizarse posteriormente en el mejor dise\u00f1o de los sistemas, tanto experimentales a peque\u00f1a escala como los destinados a la industria qu\u00edmica o farmac\u00e9utica. En resumen, la labor de la DITI est\u00e1 en centrada en una terna de acciones: experimentaci\u00f3n-modelizaci\u00f3n-simulaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa4e7ed elementor-align-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"
