Esta Divisi\u00f3n realiza tanto actividades docentes en diversos grados de la ULPGC como actividades investigadoras en el \u00e1mbito de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Empresas. Fruto de ello han nacido numerosas publicaciones y proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n en convocatorias precompetitivas y competitivas, as\u00ed como convenios y contratos de colaboraci\u00f3n con organizaciones p\u00fablicas y privadas.\n<p align=\"\">La Divisi\u00f3n de Organizaciones, Personas y Conocimiento desarrolla las siguientes l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>Competitividad y cooperaci\u00f3n: esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo el an\u00e1lisis de la competitividad y cooperaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de la organizaci\u00f3n, del sector y del territorio desde una perspectiva estrat\u00e9gica, con el prop\u00f3sito de indagar en la relaci\u00f3n entre los resultados alcanzados y la adecuada articulaci\u00f3n y asignaci\u00f3n de los recursos y capacidades disponibles.<\/li>\n \t<li>Conocimiento e innovaci\u00f3n: esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n profundiza en el estudio del conocimiento como recurso estrat\u00e9gico clave, haciendo especial referencia a los aspectos de gesti\u00f3n que fomentan la creaci\u00f3n, transferencia e integraci\u00f3n del conocimiento individual en conocimiento organizativo, a fin de desarrollar capacidades organizativas como la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n \t<li>Organizaciones y personas: esta l\u00ednea tiene como objetivo el estudio de las organizaciones y las personas como agentes estrat\u00e9gicos de la actividad econ\u00f3mica. Para ello se profundiza en el an\u00e1lisis de los recursos y capacidades organizativos desde una perspectiva estrat\u00e9gica en la que el comportamiento humano y la direcci\u00f3n de las personas se
